Cancellation policy

Open Space has a limited capacity for in-person classes and events, and many of our those experiences sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 18 hrs before your scheduled Event/Class. This will allow us to offer your spot to another Student/Patron. We prefer you cancel via our website, but you may also call us at 503.966.0330 during business hours to cancel. 

Please note, we can only offer refunds in extenuating circumstances. However, if you give us at least 18 hrs notice of your need to cancel, we can easily credit your payment toward another Event/Class. However, if you do not cancel with at least 18 hrs notice, you may lose any payments you have already made.
